• You must arrive to your appointment fully detangled & washed!

• Deposits are non-refundable (you can only use 1 deposit per appointment). Deposit fees are deducted from final service total, which is due in cash on day of appointment.

• $25 late fee after 15 minutes, so please be on time! After 15 minutes, appointments are cancelled.

• In the unfortunate event that a client is no-show, I can not guarantee service/reschedule. You are free to rebook your appointment through your email.

• No kids or extra persons allowed to appointment!
